Tanweer H. Khan, M.D.
Tanweer H. Khan, M.D., Neuroradiologist (CAQ), trained for two years in a surgical and neurosurgical internship at NYU before deciding that neuroradiology was the area of medicine that really inspired him. He completed a residency in radiology at a Columbia University affiliated program.

During his four year program he did extensive rotations in computerized tomography, cardiac scoring, diagnostic xray, mammography, ultrasound and MRI scanning. This course of study was followed by a Fellowship in Neuroradiology at University of Illinois-Chicago. During his fellowship, he did advanced work in brain, spine, sinus, interventional and pediatric neuroradiology.

After working as Director of Neuroradiology at a regional medical center in New England, Dr. Khan relocated to Colorado Springs in 1999. He is an avid Polo player, who enjoys snowboarding, hiking and other outdoor activities with his family.
